Do I have to tip?
All of our practitioners have their own separate rules and ideas about tipping. Some offer gratuity included within the service. If you have any questions, please ask your provider.
Can i bring my dog? Can i bring my baby?
Dogs are allowed if they are service animals. We do not allow babies.
Do you do housecalls?
Every salon/spa professional is different, so please reach out directly!
How do i get to C. rose wellness?
Take Smithwheel Rd in Old Orchard Beach to avoid traffic! Our hidden oasis is located within CIder Hill community.
IF i buy a c. rose wellness gift card can i use it with anyone?
No you can only use it with Cori unless the card has someone’s name written on it that works here.
Is there food and drink?
Yes! Snacks, water, coffee, tea, cocoa and seltzer. We will debut wine in 2025,
Where do i go when i first arrive?
You can either wait in Reception, or the Lounge and a provider will come grab you. If your provider says you can come right to the room, that is also an option.
Suites 9, 1, and 2 are on the left. Suites 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are on the right.
Reception has tons of natural light for those CRW selfies! And Lounge has all the snacks, enjoy!
Do you guys accept walk ins?
We usually do same day appointments if they’re booked online or if you call before. We are currently appointment only!

All practitioners at C. Rose Wellness operate as independent contractors. They are not employees or agents of C. Rose Wellness. Each practitioner is responsible for their own business practices, including but not limited to service quality, pricing, scheduling, and policies. As independent contractors, each practitioner may have their own methods and standards of practice. It is advised that you communicate directly with your chosen practitioner regarding your expectations and any potential concerns.
C. Rose Wellness is not liable for any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from services provided by independent practitioners. C. Rose Wellness does not assume any responsibility for the actions or omissions of these practitioners. Any issues or disputes arising from services should be resolved directly with the practitioner.
It is your responsibility, as the client, to inform the practitioner of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or other health concerns prior to receiving any treatment. Practitioners may refuse service or suggest alternative treatments based on the information provided. C. Rose Wellness is not liable for any adverse effects or complications resulting from services provided, including those related to undisclosed health issues.
Each practitioner may have their own policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. C. Rose Wellness does not manage or control these policies. It is your responsibility to review and agree to the specific policies of your practitioner prior to scheduling an appointment.
By scheduling and receiving services, you consent to the independent nature of the practitioners and agree to hold C. Rose Wellness harmless from any claims or disputes arising from the services provided. You also acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the terms of service and policies set forth by your chosen practitioner.
While C. Rose Wellness ensures that all practitioners possess the required licenses and insurance for their services, the validity and adequacy of such licenses and insurance are the responsibility of each practitioner. C. Rose Wellness does not verify or endorse the insurance coverage or licensing status of individual practitioners beyond initial verification.
